Thank you to everyone who joined us at our ground campaign kick-off this past Saturday. We are so grateful to the Los Angeles County Federation of Labor for hosting this important event alongside our labor partners. Standing shoulder to shoulder with workers from other unions and sharing the stage with labor-friendly candidates was truly inspiring.

Shout out to our neighbors who picked up lawn signs at the rally. It is incredibly encouraging driving through our West Long Beach neighborhoods and seeing those signs on display. It’s a powerful reminder that our community is engaged, energized, and ready.

We are on a roll with some great meet and greets. This past weekend, we had two that deserve a special thank you:
Luke Hiller for an incredible Community House Party on Saturday night—wow, just wow. The energy in that space was amazing, and I was truly honored to be included as a speaker.
Aaron and Nina Cash for a fantastic Coffee, Croissants, & Conversations on Sunday morning. Many of their neighbors were among my very first supporters when I ran for college board in 2016, and spending time with them reminded me exactly why longstanding community connections matter so much.
Thank you all for your leadership and hospitality. You are making a real difference.

We have many more meet and greets on the calendar. These gatherings are where we connect, listen, and build a shared vision for our community. If you would like to host your neighbors for a one-hour gathering, let us know and we will get it scheduled.
I am so excited to partner with all of you as we continue this journey. If you would like a lawn sign, please reply to this email and we will deliver one to you. Lawn signs are one of the most effective ways to show support and let your neighbors know who you’re backing.
Thank you for the momentum we are building together.
Sincerely,
Vivian Malauulu
