Today is my birthday and I am so excited to celebrate with you tonight at my karaoke fundraiser!
Here I am on my first and second birthdays when I was a baby in Honduras. Shout out to my Mami for putting stickers on each photo with the age!
What makes today even more meaningful is this: Election Day is exactly five months away. My hope is that we can all be together tonight celebrating my birthday—and that five months from now, we’ll be together again at our Election Night vote watch party.
Tonight’s celebration will be held at one of my all-time favorite Long Beach spots, Honduras Kitchen.
Please be sure to RSVP using the special link below so we know how many baleadas to have ready for you.
NO GIFTS PLEASE. If you can’t make it, I hope you’ll consider making a $52 birthday contribution in support of our campaign.
We will provide delicious baleadas and soft drinks. A full menu and bar will be available for purchase. The karaoke mic will be on and ready—whether you want to sing solo or with a group of friends. Street parking is free but limited, so please plan accordingly.
I can't wait to see you tonight as we officially kick off the final five months of this exciting campaign. Thank you, as always, for the love, encouragement, and support you’ve shown me these past few months. It means more than I can say.
