Thank you to everyone who attended our Community Kick-Off on Saturday, October 11th at Casa Chaskis! The venue was full, the food was delicious, the energy was high, and the conversations were real. I’m deeply grateful for the support of event host Senator Lena Gonzalez and special guests Councilwoman Mary Zendejas (CD1) and Councilwoman Megan Kerr (CD5). My deepest gratitude goes out to all the neighbors and business owners from Council District 7 who came out to support us. We featured culturally rich entertainment against ongoing discussions about issues that are impacting our families every day.

Host: A dear high school friend and ILWU sister who is opening up her beautiful home in Bixby Knolls.
Details: Banning HS alumni from all years are invited.
We have a fun night planned that includes dinner, a DJ, and dancing! There will be games, trivia, and prizes! The menu will take you back to our high school days and the music will cover every decade!
